Terms & Conditions:
1) For out-of-warranty iPod and Mac taken in for the above servicing, Nubox will not be hold responsible in the events that the machines broke down during software and diagnostic or backup servicing.
2) If the technical service involves transferring information or installing software, you represent yourself that you have the legal right copy of the information and agree to the terms of the software license and you authorize Nubox to transfer the information and accept such terms on your behalf in performing the service.
3) Customers are reponsible in backing up their data first before performing any of the services provided by Nubox. Nubox is not liable for any data loss during the service operations,.
4) If any product should lost while in Nubox custody, Nubox liability will be limited to the cost replacement of the affected products.
5) If the Mac or iPod is not collected back over a period of more than 3 months after repeated reminder, Nubox reserved the right to dispose the Mac or iPod as it deems fit.
